We had dinner at the most beautiful restaurant – Nero Teca, Ground Floor, Sumerset, 8 Lorong Ceylon, 50250 Kuala Lumpur.

And adjourned for cup cakes at Bisou, Asian Herritage Row, Kuala Lumpur.

Couldn’t drink much of anything, except Segafredo’s Peach Tea and Dilmah’s Peppermint Tea.

It’s amazing how one can change from a perfectly sane character into some out-of-the-world mad person.

Beats me how they do it, but hurts me how they hit me with their temper.
In result to that, I ran to the toilet to cry.

I didn’t have a choice. It’s either I sat at the computer, halfway typing away, wiping my tears away; or I go to some place where people can’t see me.
That leaves me with only one choice. The washroom.

Couldn’t stay in there for too long cos someone came in. They’d find it weird to hear someone sniffing in one of the cubicles. So, I had to go back to my seat. Made sure my eyes didn’t look red.

Went back to my half-written article. Thinking of a 100 ways of how to concentrate and not write rubbish? I just couldn’t.

Minutes later, I got a message saying, ‘Hey, I just said a short prayer for you.’ It’s been so long since someone said that. The last I had that was when Suleen accidentally texted my other mobile. I even missed people telling me that they prayed for me. I felt a little better.

I want thing that had gone bad to recover. When will that day come?

I miss RBS. I miss my room mates then.

My thoughts always tend to boggle over why people choose to be what they are today. I could never understand.

Sometimes I feel silly to think that there is a good person in everyone. But that’s what I’ve been holding on to. All these years.

Hurm… kinda miss them.. the ex-colleagues.. before Jane left we took this pictures ! (suddenly I remembered that I haven’t posted them..hehe)

I remember hiding behind the car last year, to just surprise her with the birthday cake in my hands. With candles lit, the cake weighed almost a tonne! Imagine squatting behind, someone’s car, I recalled almost having my legs crammed.

Together with few other people, we sorta gave her a surprise. But she said she could almost guess that it was coming. Don’t know who blew the cover.

This year? I was stuck in 1 Utama for work on the eve of her birthday.. and on her birthday, which was yesterday, I was stuck in Genting, for another assignment…

So today we finally made it for dinner. Me, May Lee and her. A pleasant dinner it was, I would say. I’m stuffed. I even forgot to bring my left over packed lasagna home…Oh well…a Ms Reads dinner and La Bodega’s deep fried goat’s cheese for desert, and a cold glass of Iced Mocha. YUM.

Just felt a bit weird.. why no one asked me to plan anything this year.. when usually I’m the one always coming out with weird ideas to surprise people… I love surprises. But no one has ever given a surprise besides the surprise he gave me upon telling me that he was going to resign a month before he finally hand in the letter.

Man I miss my friends. A lot.

Sometimes I wish they’d remember me more often. I’m working, but doesn’t mean I can’t spare time. I miss doing nothing. I miss the friends who once remembered me.

Oh well…

Here’s to friendship. The smiles on our faces. Contended and satisfied.

Somehow, I had two. So I gave one to Ana, had another one.
But, in the end gave away mine too…

Before this bottle of perfume even reach Malaysia to be sold over the counters, I got to it ! Compliments of Estee Lauder.
The usual Estee Lauder Pleasures bottle, but classified under a collector’s edition, the bottle is uniquely designed with floral motives, emphasising its exotic essence.
Instead of the regular Pleasures signature scent, the exotic fragrance is an infusion of Mango Passion Fruit Cocktail, Pink Grapefruit, Orange and Dewy Green Leaves. Also in the concoction, if you can distinguish, the stronger notes are of Island Bamboo flowers, Hibiscus and fresh Orange blossoms.

The after scent of this exotica, Lychee and tangy Cassis blend with Bougainvilla, tender Peony, Rose petals and the rare Baie Rose. Leaving a slight musky feeling would be the smooth drydown of Indian Sandalwood, Sun-kissed Amber and soft Violet Woods.

This, would be it. I never really had enough money to spend on a solid bottle of perfume. So I’d say, its a tiny gift from above.
